The ADB Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a 3-year entry-level career development program based at the ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. It is designed for talented individuals aiming to build a career in international development.

Coverage

The program is fully funded, providing a competitive monthly salary, paid leave (including parental), medical and health benefits, life insurance, retirement plans, and staff development. Eligibility

Open to nationals of ADB member countries. Ethiopia is a member of the Asian Development Bank. Applicants must be 32 years old or younger at the time of joining.

Requirements

Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required. Strong written and verbal English skills are mandatory.
