Coverage

The annual salary ranges from £84,000-£103,500 for positions in London, UK, or $134,500-$170,000 for positions in Washington, DC, USA. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, annual budgets for health, professional development, and childcare, and support for ergonomic equipment. Fellows will also receive 33 days of paid yearly leave (including public holidays) and a 10% employer pension contribution. Flexible working hours and extended parental leave are also offered.
