Overview

The Moroccan Government Scholarship 2026-2027 is a fully funded program offered by the Kingdom of Morocco through the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI). It supports international students from developing countries to pursue Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degrees, as well as vocational training at Moroccan public institutions.

Coverage

Selected scholars receive a monthly stipend of 1,750 MAD (approx. USD 190), one-way airfare to Morocco and a return ticket upon completion, health insurance, and a lump sum grant for Master's and PhD thesis printing. Note: The stipend does not cover enrollment fees, boarding, or local transportation.

Eligibility

Open to international students from all countries. Applicants must be between 19 and 23 years old for undergraduate studies. Candidates must have some level of mastery in French, as it is the primary language of instruction.

Requirements

Undergraduate applicants need a CAPE/Associate degree (2025 or 2026) with Grade A or B. Master's and PhD applicants must hold the relevant preceding degree with a good academic record. All applicants must submit authenticated academic transcripts, birth certificates, passport copies, medical fitness certificates, and criminal record documents. Master's and PhD applicants must specify their chosen program and university at the time of application.

How to apply

1. Check eligibility and choose a program via www.enssup.gov.ma. 2. Prepare all required authenticated documents. 3. Download the official application form from the AMCI website or your national Ministry of Education. 4. Submit the completed application package through your home country's Ministry of Education or designated national authority.

Notes

Selected candidates will undergo a mandatory French language preparatory program at the International Language Centre in Rabat. Enrollment in the degree program is contingent upon passing the language examination at the end of this preparatory year.
