Overview

Sabanci University offers a fully funded 7-week PURE Summer Program in Turkey for international undergraduate students. This program provides a unique research experience at Sabanci University in Istanbul, running from July 7 to August 28, 2026. It is designed for 30 students.

Coverage

This is a fully funded program. Benefits include a round-trip flight ticket, a monthly stipend of 9000 Turkish Lira (TL), free housing, full tuition fee coverage, and participation in all social and cultural activities.

Eligibility

The program is open to both international and domestic undergraduate students from all countries. Applicants must demonstrate a high academic record and be fluent in English. IELTS is not a mandatory requirement. Students currently enrolled at Sabanci University are also eligible to apply.

Requirements

To apply, candidates must submit an online application form, their degree transcript, a statement of purpose, and reference letters. Selected students will be responsible for obtaining a visa if required for entry into Turkey.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted through the official Sabancı University PURE Program website. Students can apply for up to six research projects, but will only be selected for one.

Notes

Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
