Coverage

This is a fully funded internship. It covers the cost of round-trip airfare, accommodation (board and lodging), insurance, and visa support. Interns will also receive free airport transfer and a laptop with necessary software. This provides an opportunity to network with international interns and explore Austria.

This internship is open to students and recent graduates of all nationalities, including Ethiopian students. Eligible candidates include undergraduates who have completed at least three years of accredited study, recent college graduates (who are preferred), and students currently enrolled in a graduate program.

Requirements

Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). IELTS is not required for this application.

How to apply

The application process is online. Interested candidates should visit the official Salzburg Global Seminar website's "Our Opportunities" section to apply. If an internship offer is accepted, the Internship Program Manager will provide guidance through the visa application process.

Notes

Non-EU citizens will need to obtain a visa for their internship in Austria. The information provided also mentions a separate "Hong Kong University Internship" which is only for students who graduated from Hong Kong Universities; this is distinct from the general Salzburg Global Internship which is open to all nationalities.
