Overview

The UniSQ International PhD Scholarship 2027 is a research opportunity for international students to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) in Australia. This scholarship supports students whose proposed research aligns with UniSQ’s flagship research areas.

Coverage

This is a fully-funded scholarship. Successful applicants will receive an annual stipend of AUD $39,000 and full tuition fee coverage for up to three years of full-time PhD study. Additional benefits include access to UniSQ research facilities, academic supervision from UniSQ researchers, opportunities for research publications and presentations, and access to an international research environment. There is also an optional Industry Stream which includes a mandatory 60-day industry internship.

Eligibility

This scholarship is open to international students who meet the academic and PhD admission requirements of UniSQ. Candidates are assessed based on their academic achievement, research ability, the quality of their proposed research project, and the strength of their proposed supervisory team.

Requirements

Applicants should prepare and submit the following documents: academic transcripts, a research proposal, a comprehensive CV/resume, and evidence of English language proficiency.
