The University of Miami Stamps Scholarship for 2026 is a fully funded opportunity for international students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the United States. This prestigious award is designed for exceptional and academically accomplished high school seniors. The scholarship has a duration of 4 years.
Coverage
This scholarship is fully funded, covering complete tuition fees, on-campus housing, a meal plan, University health insurance, textbooks, and a laptop allowance. Additionally, scholars receive access to a $12,000 enrichment fund, which can be used for undergraduate research, study abroad programs, unpaid internships, leadership development, conferences, and other educational pursuits, subject to prior approval. All expenses will be covered.
Eligibility
The scholarship is open to all international students from around the world who wish to pursue a Bachelor's degree at the University of Miami. Applicants must be exceptional and academically accomplished high school seniors. To maintain the scholarship, recipients must complete a full-time undergraduate program of study (minimum 12 credit hours per semester, 24 per academic year) and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA at the University.
Requirements
Applicants are considered based on a thorough evaluation of their admission application and supporting documents. Key documents include high school transcripts. Semi-finalist candidates will be required to interview via Zoom with the Stamps Scholarship Selection Committee in January. Finalists will also be interviewed by the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation.
How to apply
There is no separate application form specifically for the Stamps Scholarship. Interested students must apply for early admission (Early Decision I or Early Action) to the University of Miami by November 1. By submitting all First-Year Admission Requirements by this deadline, applicants are automatically considered for the Stamps Scholarship. The application can be completed online, likely through the Common Application. After admission, some documents may need to be submitted by post or mail.
