WHO Internship 2026 in Switzerland (Funded Internship)

The World Health Organization (WHO) is offering a Health Emergencies Internship for 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland. This program is designed for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent graduates, seeking practical experience in a leading international organization. The internship duration is 24 weeks, running from October 5, 2026, to March 19, 2027.

This is a fully-funded internship. Interns will receive a monthly living allowance of 1680 CHF, daily lunch vouchers, medical insurance coverage, and accident insurance.

This internship is open to all nationalities. Applicants must have completed at least three years of undergraduate studies before the internship begins, or be currently enrolled in a university degree program, or have graduated within the last 18 months.

Applicants should be studying in one of the following or a related field: Medicine, Public Health, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Virology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Information Sciences, or Medical Sciences.
