Overview

The World Bank Group Africa Fellowship Program is a six-month paid fellowship designed for young, talented African nationals who are PhD candidates or recent PhD graduates. Coverage

Eligibility

Applicants must be Sub-Saharan Africa nationals. Women are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be either currently enrolled in the last year of a PhD program or be recent PhD graduates (within three years of PhD completion). Applicants must be under the age of 32 years. An excellent command of English in both written and oral communication is required, along with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Applicants must also be committed to being available in person throughout the fellowship tenure.
