Overview

Deakin University offers fully funded Research Training Program (RTP) and Deakin University Postgraduate Research Scholarships (DUPR) for international students to pursue Master's or PhD research degrees in Australia.

Coverage

The scholarship provides a stipend of approximately $37,450 per annum, a relocation allowance of $500 to $1,500, a tuition fee waiver, and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of the visa.

Eligibility

Open to international students, including those from Ethiopia. Applicants must have completed at least four years of tertiary education and achieved 80% or equivalent in the research component of their previous studies.

Requirements

Applicants must meet English language requirements, have a research proposal, academic transcripts, CV, two referee reports, and proof of identification. Candidates must also secure a research supervisor at Deakin University before applying.
