Overview

The Erasmus Mundus MARIHE (Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education) is a 2-year, full-time international Master's program focused on innovation, policy, and institutional transformation in higher education. Students study across various countries in Europe and Asia.

Coverage

The scholarship covers full tuition fees (participation costs). Additionally, a limited number of Erasmus Mundus scholarships are available, providing a monthly stipend of EUR 1,400 (up to EUR 33,600) to cover living expenses, housing, and food. Health insurance is also provided.

Eligibility

The program is open to applicants from all countries, including Ethiopia. Applicants must hold a first university degree (at least 3 years in duration) in a related discipline such as education, social sciences, or economics.

Requirements

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, high proficiency in English (TOEFL or IELTS scores typically required), a valid passport, a Europass CV, recommendation letters, and a letter of motivation. Note: Applicants must have resided or carried out their principal activity (studies/work) in a European Programme Country for no more than 12 months in the last 5 years to be eligible for certain scholarship categories.
