Coverage

This is a fully funded scholarship. Benefits include a monthly stipend of 992€, contributions to health insurance, a round-trip travel allowance, study and research subsidies, rent subsidies where applicable, and allowances for spouses/children. A compulsory 6-month German language course is also provided.

Eligibility

Open to graduates from developing and emerging countries (including Ethiopia). Applicants must hold a first academic degree and demonstrate a commitment to public policy and good governance.
