Overview

The Middle East Youth Summit (MEYS) 2026 is an international leadership program held in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, designed to empower young Muslim leaders through innovation, cultural exchange, and spiritual development. The program focuses on integrating Islamic values with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Coverage

The program offers both 'Fully Funded' and 'Self-Funded' tracks. Fully funded delegates receive coverage for program activities, local transportation, meals, and accommodation. Note that flight tickets, visa fees, and personal expenses are not included. Fully funded participants must undergo a competitive selection process including an essay and interview.

Eligibility

Open to practicing Muslims of all nationalities aged 15 to 40. Applicants must not have a criminal record and must not be affiliated with extremist organizations. Younger applicants (under 15) may apply if accompanied by a guardian.

Requirements

Applicants must complete the registration form, submit an essay, and participate in an interview for the fully funded category. No IELTS or TOEFL is required.
