Eligibility

This program is open to all international students and nationals. Ethiopian students are eligible to apply. Applicants must meet one of the following academic requirements: * Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program (Master’s or PhD) and have completed at least two years of full-time study at a university or equivalent institution. * Graduated with a university degree (Master’s or PhD) and, if selected, must start the program within one year of graduation.
