The 10th Universal Youth Leadership Summit (UYLS) Malaysia 2027 is a 4-day international youth forum organized by the Universal Youth Movement. It will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from January 28 to 31, 2027. The summit aims to bring together young people, professionals, and emerging leaders from around the world to focus on the theme “Roots & Rights.” Participants will engage in various activities including leadership workshops, panel sessions, networking opportunities, cultural events, delegate presentations, and team-building exercises.
Coverage
The summit offers several participation categories:
* Fully Funded (15 seats): This covers 2-way flight ticket reimbursement (provided after the summit), shared accommodation, meals, airport transfers, a summit kit, a certificate, and participation in the cultural ceremony. Please note that a non-refundable application fee applies to this category.
* Partially Funded (30 seats): This option provides a 50% program fee waiver, accommodation, meals, a summit kit, a certificate, participation in the cultural ceremony, and airport transfers.
* Self-Funded: This category includes accommodation, meals, a summit kit, a certificate, participation in the cultural ceremony, and airport transfers. Self-funded participants may also become eligible for a scholarship after the interview stage.
* Summit Pass: This includes meals, a summit kit, a certificate, and participation in the cultural ceremony.
Eligibility
* Open to applicants from all nationalities worldwide.
* Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old.
* Eligible candidates include students, graduates, youth, professionals, and emerging leaders.
* Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English.
* Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in leadership and a commitment to creating a positive impact in their communities.
Requirements
* Completion of the online application form.
* Payment of the applicable application or participation fee, depending on the chosen category (e.g., a non-refundable application fee for fully funded seats, approximately $20.99 USD).
* Provision of all required information as requested in the application form.
How to apply

3. Complete the online application form with all necessary details.

7. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview stage as part of the selection process.
