Eligibility
Ethiopian citizens are encouraged to apply for consideration in the Ethiopian market, alongside citizens of South Africa, DR Congo, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Egypt, and Tanzania. Applicants must have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing their studies. A minimum academic aggregate of 65% for completed or most recent academic results is required. Candidates must hold a minimum B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7). A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered only for Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, and Information Systems/Information Technology fields. Applicants should be completing or have completed their undergraduate degree (or equivalent) by the end of 2026.
