Overview

The CRG Research Fellowships 2026/27 offer highly motivated undergraduate and Master's students the opportunity to conduct research at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in Barcelona, Spain. The program aims to encourage students from all nationalities to pursue scientific careers by providing hands-on experience in an international laboratory setting. There are 10 fellowship opportunities available across various research projects.

Coverage

Selected students will receive a monthly gross stipend of €700 for up to four months. Additionally, travel support is provided: up to €1,000 for return flights for students traveling from outside Europe, and up to €400 for European flights. This support helps cover travel and living costs during the fellowship.

Eligibility

This fellowship is open to students of all nationalities. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an official undergraduate or Master’s (MSc) program at a university. A crucial requirement is that the applicant’s university must be able to sign a learning agreement with CRG. The fellowship is intended for new recruits; students already at CRG are not eligible.
