The Google Technical Program Manager Internship 2027 in the USA is a paid opportunity for university students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. This international internship allows students to work with Google Engineering teams on real-world projects that impact millions of users globally. Interns will gain practical experience in technical program management, engineering, and leadership, working full-time for 12 weeks outside of their university term.
Coverage
This is a paid internship. The compensation for this role in the US ranges from $94,000 to $125,000 USD (annualized for the 12-week period), with a 0% bonus target. Eligible US-based interns may also receive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 40 hours of sick time per year (increased to 69 hours for Seattle-based interns, including five discretionary sick days per instance), and 13 paid holidays per year.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must:
* Currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Have experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Java, C/C++, Go, or Python.
* Possess experience leading entrepreneurial efforts, conducting outreach within organizations, or managing projects through class projects, clubs, or previous internships.
* Be in their penultimate academic year or planning to return to a degree program after completing the internship.
* Be located in the United States for the entire duration of the internship program.
* Demonstrate English proficiency.
Preferred qualifications include currently attending a degree program in the US and experience writing code and contributing to open-source projects.
