Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must be international students from any country, including Ethiopia. They must apply for admission to the University of Miami and possess an excellent academic record, as this is a highly competitive scholarship. Proficiency in the English language is required. Crucially, applicants must apply and gain admission to the University of Miami through either the Early Decision I or Early Action admission plans to be considered for the Stamps Scholarship. Scholars are selected through a holistic review process. Once awarded, a Stamps Scholar must maintain a full-time undergraduate program of study, completing no fewer than 12 credit hours during each fall and spring semester, for a minimum of 24 credit hours per academic year.
