About Netherlands Scholarships
The Netherlands offers the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP), funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which provides fully funded short courses and master's degree scholarships for mid-career professionals from Ethiopia and other developing countries. Dutch universities — including TU Delft, Wageningen University, and Erasmus University Rotterdam — also offer university-specific scholarships for outstanding international students. The Netherlands is particularly strong in water management, agriculture, international law, and development economics, areas of strategic relevance to Ethiopia.
